Basic Fee
The basic shipping fee for international air delivery is $4.99 worldwide.
This applies to 66 countries where shipping is currently available. Please refer to the shipping duration table below for a list of the countries where shipping is available.
For European Union countries, additional taxes may apply to products due to the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) policy. If VAT has been prepaid under the IOSS policy, as you may know, there is no need to pay additional VAT. The applicable taxes by country will be applied at the checkout stage. Please refer to the table below for VAT rates at checkout in the European Union under the IOSS policy.
For India, a 55% customs duty is automatically applied at checkout. No additional taxes or fees will be required after payment until your goods are delivered. To clear customs, please email any two KYC (Know Your Customer) documents (PAN, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhar) to customer@mountzion.co.kr. Your information is securely handled under our Customer Data Protection and Disposal (CDPD) Protocol. All submitted documents will be immediately and safely disposed of after use. We are actively working with Indian authorities to negotiate better customs terms for an improved shipping experience.
For the United States, a 15% customs duty will be applied. The effective date of this duty will be announced later.
For Certain Countries, where duty-free allowances apply, additional customs fees may be incurred if your purchase amount exceeds the permitted threshold. We kindly ask you to check and be aware of the duty-free limit of your destination country prior to placing an order.

For Turkey, an additional shipping fee will be applied based on the difference from the basic fee.

For international shipping, communication with the customer is crucial when the delivery takes place locally. Zionmall works closely with local delivery services in each country. The delivery drivers in each region will consider local delivery culture, systems, and logistical circumstances when delivering the products. In cases where communication is not smooth, the delivery driver may visit the provided address but fail to complete the delivery properly. Additionally, depending on the local characteristics, the delivery drivers may leave the product at a nearby location rather than the intended address and request pickup. In any case, Zionmall will not be responsible for any misdelivery or non-delivery caused by incorrect information (contact number, address, postal code, etc.). In such cases, the delivery drivers may return the product after a certain period. If the product is returned, Zionmall may charge the return shipping fee to the customer.
